The Regional Water Authority (RWA) has officially noticed its intent to proceed with a public scoping process for the Sacramento Regional Water Bank. Under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), RWA is preparing a Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the Water Bank project. RWA requests your input on the scope and content of the environmental information in the Draft PEIR.
